Cooking with Spices
This tour allows you to prepare a lovely menu in a fully equipped kitchen situated in Cap Estate, in the north of the island. By using local ingredients, the meals are prepared from start to finish as a knowledgeable instructor guides you on how to complete a two-course menu. With aprons on, get ready to wash, chop, cut, season, stir, taste and plate. When the cooking is all done, every one enjoys the meal with a refreshing local drink.
